Pan Bedfordshire Effective Support Guidance – Launch Events

‘Ensuring children and families receive the right support, from the right service, at the right time…’

Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire and Luton Safeguarding Children Partnerships invite you to attend the launch of our new Pan Bedfordshire Effective Support Guidance.

This event supports multi‑agency understanding of referral pathways, family help, and statutory intervention, including;

  • How the Effective Support Guidance should be used in day‑to‑day practice
  • What has changed and why
  • Shared responsibilities of all agencies in identifying and responding to need and risk
  • How to make effective referrals
  • Multi‑agency case study discussions
  • Panel Q&A with representatives from key agencies

Audience: Safeguarding Leads in Education, Early Years, Health, Police, Local Authority, Probation, Community & Voluntary Sector, working with children, young people and families in Bedfordshire.

  • Mon 22nd June (0900-1300) Priory House, Shefford, SG17 5TQ LIMITED

Venue note: On site canteen and free on site parking is available at Priory House. (Please use local car parks for Bedford and Luton locations.)
